Monin PARAGON - Rue berry Cordial
Rue идва от растението Ruta chalepensis, отглеждано в тропическа Африка и по-конкретно в Етиопия, където се използва като билка или лечебно растение. Monin PARAGON - Timur berry CORDIAL
Този непалски пипер се бере от малки дървета от вида Zanthoxylum armatum, които растат в дивата природа в диапазона Махабхарат. Monin PARAGON - White Penja pepper CORDIAL
Белият пипер Penja се бере, когато узрее в провинция Moungo (Камерун), след което се суши на слънце. Всички производствени етапи (прибиране на реколтата, пречистване, измиване, сушене, сортиране) се извършват изцяло на ръка, основно от опитните ръце на местните селски жени.
