  • All orders placed on sbb-bg.com website are shipped via courier company Econt within 48 hours.
  • All orders placed by 14:00 on working days are processed and shipped the same day, provided that all items are in stock.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped on the next working day.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays and official holidays.
  • For deliveries on Saturdays to a personal address, an additional fee of 2.90 BGN / 1.48 EUR is applied to the courier service, provided that the courier company conducts deliveries.
  • The delivery fee is calculated based on the rates of Econt courier company, depending on the parameters of the items ordered. If you wish to know the delivery fee in advance, you can add this as a comment before finalizing your order.

Delivery Time:

  • For towns/cities with an Econt office: next working day after the order is shipped.
  • For towns/cities without an Econt office: according to Econt's service schedule, up to 3 working days after shipment.
  • From Econtomat (automated parcel terminal): 1 to 2 working days, depending on the time of shipment.
