1. Cash on Delivery: By choosing this payment method, customers of SBB-BG.COM pay the purchase value and the delivery cost to an Econt office or the delivery cost to the buyer's address, which is specified further by phone, depending on the parameters of the ordered items, to the courier upon receiving the parcel.

2. Bank Transfer: By choosing this payment method, customers of SBB-BG.COM pay the purchase value to the bank account of SBB Group Ltd.; the delivery cost to an Econt office or the delivery cost to the buyer's address, which is specified further by phone, depending on the parameters of the ordered items, is paid to the courier upon receiving the parcel.

3. ePay.bg System: By choosing this payment method, customers of SBB-BG.COM pay the purchase value through the ePay system to SBB Group Ltd.; the delivery cost to an Econt office or the delivery cost to the buyer's address, which is specified further by phone, depending on the parameters of the ordered items, is paid to the courier upon receiving the parcel. To use this payment method, registration in the ePay.bg system is required. For more information, please check the website www.epay.bg.

4. Credit or Debit Card: By choosing this payment method, customers of SBB-BG.COM pay the purchase value made on the website www.sbb-bg.com; the delivery cost to an Econt office or to the buyer's address, which is specified further by phone, depending on the parameters of the ordered items, is paid to the courier upon receiving the parcel. The system automatically redirects you to a secure server of the Borica interbank payment system. Your card details are processed solely in Borica's payment system, and SBB Group Ltd. does not have, store, or process this data at any time. After completing the payment or cancelling it, the system automatically returns you to the SBB-BG.COM server.

Conditions for Refund of Amounts Paid by the Customer

Refund Method:

Refund can be made by replacing the item, selecting another item, or by credit transaction to the customer's card account.

If the customer finds that the selected item does not match what was requested, it can be replaced with another item, but the courier service costs for the replacement procedure are borne by the customer.

When the customer returns the item, with prior agreement from SBB-BG.COM, the courier services for transporting the item from the store to the customer are entirely at the customer's expense.

SBB Group Ltd., as the owner of the online store SBB-BG.COM, undertakes to refund the amount paid for the item within 30 calendar days from the date the item is returned or to replace it.

The refund of the amount is made via bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.

If the purchase was made with a card, the refund is processed through a credit transaction to the card.

Transportation costs are borne by the Buyer.

In case the customer receives the item in a condition not complying with the delivery terms, or another item different from the one ordered, SBB Group Ltd., as the owner of the online store SBB-BG.COM, replaces the item at their expense or refunds the amount paid by the customer.

In case of identifying a defect after the expiration of the 14-day period but within the warranty period, the Buyer can submit the item for repair at a service center according to the warranty conditions stated in the warranty card.

In ALL cases of returning an item, the customer must inform a representative of SBB-BG.COM in advance. The courier service costs for receiving and returning the item are borne by the customer.

In case of damages to the appearance of the item occurring during transportation, please contact the courier for a damaged parcel protocol.
