GENERAL TERMS

FOR THE USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY SBB-BG.COM

These General Terms govern the relationship between SBB Group Ltd. (a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria), with registered office at:

on the one hand, and the users of electronic services located on the domain SBB-BG.COM (referred to shortly as the site).

These terms are binding for all users.

By registering on the website and clicking on various functional buttons on the website (excluding the link to these general terms), the user accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms.

All products offered on the SBB-BG.COM website are intended for both personal use in domestic conditions and for professional use in restaurants, bars, and establishments.
Each product description includes complete information on usage, origin, price in Bulgarian Levs including VAT, and warranty period.

User Registration

In order to place an order for products available on our site, you need to register.

During registration, you should provide the delivery address, your name and surname, contact phone number, and email.
Upon successful registration, you will receive an email with a link to activate your profile.

After activating your profile, you have the right and ability to modify the entered data and change the delivery address for each order.
When placing an order, you can enter your company details to receive an invoice.

For profiles created in our system under the "establishment" client type, it is advisable to enter the current address of the establishment, invoice details, and phone number to automatically synchronize the already entered data in our system.

The client is obliged to provide all necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the current legislation.

The seller will issue an invoice to the client for the ordered and delivered goods/services based on the information provided by the client.

Delivery Terms:

• All orders received on the sbb-bg.com website are shipped with the courier company Econt within 48 hours.
• All orders received by 14:00 on working days are processed and dispatched the same day, provided all items are in stock.
• Orders received after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day.
• Deliveries are not made on Sundays or official holidays.
• For Saturday deliveries to a personal address, an additional fee of 2.90 BGN / 1.48 EUR is charged to the courier service, provided that the courier company delivers on that day and it is not an official holiday.

• The delivery fee is calculated according to the tariffs of the courier company Econt, depending on the parameters of the items ordered by you. If you wish to be informed about the delivery fee, you can add a comment before finalizing your order.
• For orders with delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria, the delivery fee and the transport company with which your order can be sent to your desired location are clarified in advance.

Delivery Times

• For populated areas with an Econt office - next working day after dispatch.
• For populated areas without an Econt office - according to Econt's service schedule, up to 3 working days after dispatch.
• From an Econtomat (Econt's automated parcel terminal) - 1 to 2 working days, depending on the time of dispatch.

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your parcel within your desired timeframe.

The mentioned delivery times are for informational purposes only, and due to reasons beyond our control or the courier company's workload, delays in delivery may occur.

In case of unjustified delay, you have the right to cancel your order, and if it has been paid, we will refund the amount within 30 days.

Payment Methods

1. Cash on delivery.
2. Bank transfer: When choosing this payment method, when making a transfer, be sure to specify the order number.
The transfer is made to the bank account of SBB Group Ltd. as follows:

3. Through the ePay.bg system
To use this payment method, you need to be registered with the ePay.bg system. For more information, check the website at www.epay.bg.

4. With a credit or debit card:
The system automatically redirects you to a secure server of the interbank payment system - Borika. Your card details are processed solely in the Borika payment system, and SBB Group Ltd. does not have access to, store, or process this data at any time. After making or declining payment, the system automatically returns you to the SBB-BG.COM server.

Refusal of an Already Received Order

According to Article 55 (1) of the CPA, the Consumer has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to refuse a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, if the product meets the following conditions:

• there are no mechanical damages;
• it has not been used;
• the product must be in its original, undamaged packaging and in a merchantable condition;
• it must be accompanied by accompanying documents such as a return form, warranty card, invoice and/or receipt, and accessories received with it.

Please note: The client does not have the right to refuse the concluded contract in the following cases:

• for services where the service has been fully provided and its execution has begun with the explicit prior consent of the consumer and confirmation on their part that they are aware they will lose their right to withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
• for the supply of goods or services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market that cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
• for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which are, after delivery and by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
